- UHZ-50/C Side-Mounted Magnetic Flap Level Gauge Product Features: 1. Basic Type: The level gauge operates on the buoyancy principle, where the float moves up and down inside the measuring tube with the rise and fall of the liquid level. The magnet inside the float drives the red and white flaps to flip 180° through magnetic coupling. When the liquid level rises, the flaps turn from white to red; when it falls, they turn from red to white, thus indicating the liquid level. 2. Insulated Type: Available with steam jacket heating or electric heating. 3. Equipped with Upper and Lower Limit Alarms: Utilizes the magnetic float moving with the liquid level to actuate reed switches installed at set positions on the level gauge's standpipe, enabling on-off control or alarm functions. 4. Electrical Remote Transmission: A transmitter is installed on the magnetic float level gauge. The transmitter consists of a sensor and a converter. As the magnetic float moves up and down, it magnetically couples with measuring elements inside the guide tube, causing sequential actuation and generating resistance signal changes. These are converted into a standard 4–20mA current signal output for connection to digital display instruments or computers, enabling remote display and control. 5. Can be Fitted with Vent and Drainage Devices. 6. Can Include an On-Site LCD Display Head. ● Measuring Range: 250–20000mm ● Accuracy: ±5mm, ±10mm ● Flap Diameter: 10mm, 16mm ● Working Pressure: ≤2.5MPa (custom designs available for pressures above 2.5MPa); Corrosion-Resistant Type: ≤0.6MPa ● Medium Density: ≥0.45g/cm3 ● Medium Density Difference: ≥0.15g/cm3 (for interface level measurement) ● Medium Temperature: -20°C to +250°C (special requests can accommodate up to 450°C) ● Medium Viscosity: ≤0.4Pa·S. For highly viscous media or media prone to crystallization at low temperatures, a heated jacket-type level gauge can be provided based on user requirements. ● Environmental Vibration: Frequency ≤25Hz, Amplitude ≤0.5mm ● Following Speed: ≤0.08m/s ● Factory Standard Connection Flange Size: DN25, PN1.0 (metric pipe) ● Connection Flange: Complies with the HG20592–20635-97 flange standard newly issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry in 1998. If other flange standards (e.g., GB, ANSI, DIN) are required, please specify when ordering. For high-pressure side-mounted magnetic level gauges, the connection flange adopts HG20595–97 with neck welding flange DN25, PN6.0 or PN10MPa, with a raised face or convex sealing surface. Special requirements can be specified at the time of order.
